It is a no-brainer that everyone what does the word noob is because we encounter it at least once in our life of online or public gaming. We were BORN as a NOOB in every game we play. It is either you are a noob because you just started playing the game or you're a noob because
you lack the skills in a certain aspect of the game. It is fun and
entertaining to make use of this word to others and also, it is a part
of our gaming life that we are called noob as well, it might hurt but we
all have been there.
What does make makes a person noob in the first place? According to
[insert reliable site or Google search results here], it is an internet
slang for the word "novice", if you don't know what that means, you're a
noob... get a life! NOOB!!! It goes with several varieties also... nub,
newb, newbie, nob, n00b, noobish, you, bot, AI, virgin (*whispers* me *blush*)
This word applies to everyone. Regardless if they started or they have
been in this activity for how long but if the situation applies, you can
be called one by anyone. Just a simple mistake that brings the team
down, immediately you are labeled and crowned as one. Be happy. At least they see you fit for that title.
It does not go down to your own teammates who you or they call you noob,
most of the time, your opponent will call you that if you began to feed
them or you keep dying for noobish apparent reasons. (See? Did I
just use that word? Amazing isn't?) It is also used just to distract
you make, you lose focus on your game and just dive down and die...
yeah... Noob... stfu you nub!
You might find this funny but most of the time, it is annoying af...
it is best to restrain thy one's temper than to head them on because
the comprehension level of these individuals are on the edge of the
cliff, and they are easily triggered.
These individuals may also come in as a cult. They usual gather down on a
certain topic against a specific topic to which most people are good at
but the noobs just can't deal with them. They flood you with
stupid questions and arguments and they are mostly winning due to the
bandwidth of the colonies of noobs flooding in. And even the Ban Hammer can't be a good solution for it.
They tend to be ignorant and too full of themselves in regards to a
certain topic that they are on, aggressive and self-centered and tend to
laugh at your counter-arguments with them.
They are having a hard time also comprehending to what you have just
said because if that is not what they want to hear, your opinion won't
make any sense to them.
How to avoid being a member of their squad?
Let's be honest here, it is hard to deal with them but there are times
that we are also one. Regardless of your ranking or if you are on the
leaderboards or something, there are instances that you are marked as
one and it may hard to admit, but you might be walking down on that line
in a certain match. (Note: not all the time okay? Hopefully, lol)
These are simple pieces of advice for you to avoid taking on that path
but it is not a guarantee because it depends on the type of person and
the people around you.
Don't stick to one, be tempted to be with others
I don't mean to offend those relationship cheaters (rot in H3ll, MFKR!),
what I meant to say, do not stick to your main Heroes. Make sure that
you are knowledgeable on all aspect in using all type of heroes and
don't just stick to one because it is hard if you won't be able to get
that Hero first. It does not guarantee also if you have
played or got all heroes, but just take time to get atleast 50 games
with each of them just to get the grip how their mechanics work and how
well you interact with enemy heroes with this hero.
Be attentive in your environment and also to your teammates and pay
attention to how you can be an asset regardless of that hero is your
main or not. Take time to play BRAWL Games for a while so that you could get a grip on each heroes capabilities. Or do hangout at Human VS AI and come up with different strategies that you could use on those random heroes you played with.
I'm the Map! I'm the Map! I'm the Map!
This is a common one and it really triggers everyone (Fkng n00b didn't check map)... A noob usually stays in a single lane (noob tactics),
rarely farms and/or blame farmers for farming a lot and ended up dead
because didn't check the map that enemy is missing on some lanes, went
head on to the noob's lane because of reasons...
You need to be attentive in the movements of your teammates and also to
your enemies if you are alone in a lane and you notice that some of the
enemies are missing, file a Missing Report to the Police... I mean, get a hint that they might rape you since you are alone (hmm... good days) and because you are a clueless GG noob.
Do be attentive to map signals and your teammate's movements so that you
won't miss important things like preparing for a gank, or ambush or
stealing jungle or blue buff or something. Don't be a blind noob roaming
around the map walking in the park.
Learn to do some research
Let me get you directly to the point, if you think you are not effective in using that certain hero or something (n00b),
try to watch some videos on how to use it or check some guides about
these heroes, how they play it and their item builds because there are
times that your old game style is no longer effective with the
adjustments of the heroes and some items. Be creative and do test these
builds or game styles with AIs to see how effective this could be.
Assess your creativity and improvise your strategy with these changes to
avoid sticking to the same build and go on blindly on what you were
used to be doing, just like a noob does. And then complain if things
don't go his way... smh (nerf [insert Hero or item here])
Learn also to analyze each heroes capabilities and also item
relationships with these heroes so that you will know how to counter it,
or have an understanding why such opponent carries along the way of
that certain match. It does not mean a certain enemy uses this item, you
should also use one. You need to analyze how this is utilized so that
it could be effective in team fights.
Nerf
This one seems to aline as a noob's favorite word... Though it is
understandable that it might cause disadvantage to your gameplay to
which it affects a lot how you utilize your hero, the world won't end
because of it. It can't be helped. It was just a patch note that was
released and they tend to overreact that the world will be ending
because of it... and they complain like they were already in a pinch of
dying because of it... demand like there's no tomorrow...
Yeah... it is a noobish attitude...
Regardless if things won't be the same as it was anymore, it does not
mean that you can't find a way to make it work. If you can't, its either
you are a high-level Noob or just not creative enough. Your
creativeness and your professionalism will be taken into account if you
can manage to make it after the nerf. Just like I said earlier, "You need to analyze how this is utilized so that it could be effective in team fights." This is MOBA after all. This is not diving Olympics or something that you dive to win (Yeah, Fanny *cough* Funny isn't it?)

I won't tackle more into this section since everyone knows about it already... perhaps...
Now this info that I just provided are based on experience and
observation since I have been playing too many online games for 17 years
already, and I was part of the MMOSite community where I am always
invited by Game Developers to be part of the Beta team of their games so
that we could provide feedbacks and features of their games.
This is a free discussion thread and hoping for your feedback about it... Noobs...
